V-Go EV Charger Return and Refund Policy

What is V-Go EV Product(s) return policy?

We are committed to providing quality and value on our EV Product(s). We sell with a 100% risk-free satisfaction guarantee. You have 14 days from the date the item was received to return for a full refund, minus the cost of return, on the condition it has not been installed. The item must be in pristine condition and come complete with the original undamaged packaging. Your return will become invalid, and you will not receive funds, if you use your own courier to return.

Please fill in the Return Request Form on this page to initiate the return process. Our customer support team will get back to you within two working days to arrange the return.

Refund process:

If you choose to return within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible, within 14 days after we receive the Product(s). The amount refunded to you will be the amount you have paid minus the cost to return. The cost to return is £10. Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Faulty products

In the event the charger has been opened and installed, it has fallen outside our return policy.

If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible by emailing v-go.support@verveconnect.co.uk, giving your name, address, order reference and details of the defect.
